Meta Platform Compliance

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies, UHUG provides a clear and straightforward process for users to request the deletion of their data associated with the Uhome Telegram Sync application.

If you wish to remove your activity, revoke application access, or request the deletion of any personal data processed by our Facebook integration, please follow the options below:

Option 1: Request Deletion via Email (Direct Request)

You can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) directly to request data removal.

Subject: Data Deletion Request (Uhome Telegram Sync)

Please include your Facebook User ID or the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request. We will review and process your request within 30 days, sending a written confirmation via email once completed.

Option 2: Revoke Access via Facebook Settings (Self-Service)

You can remove the application's access to your Facebook account and delete associated activity data at any time directly through your Facebook profile:

  1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click on Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  3. Find Uhome Telegram Sync in the list.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
  5. (Optional) Check the box that asks to "Delete posts, videos or events Uhome Telegram Sync posted on your timeline" if you want all automated posts removed.
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.
